No, Many clients provide entry instructions and enjoy returning to a freshly cleaned home. However, it is not a problem if areas are accessible to clean. Most first time clients do provide a quick walk-thru at the time of their first scheduled cleaning.
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Last-minute cancellations may be subject to a fee. Emergencies happen, and we’ll always do our best to work with you.
